摘要: Abstract The influence of binder burnout atmosphere (air or N 2 ) on surface chemistry thermo-chemically treated AlN powders processed in aqueous media, and the final properties ceramics was studied. after de-waxing accessed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). diffraction (XRD), SEM, high-resolution transmission (HR-TEM), were used to identify phase assemblage for microstructural analysis. effects residual carbon oxygen at thermal conductivity sintered density samples investigated. C/O ratios observed correlate with sintering behaviour, composition distribution secondary phases, grain-boundary composition, as well samples. Thermal conductivities about 140 W/mK obtained de-waxed nitrogen 2 h 1750 °C presence 4 wt.% YF 3 + 2 wt.% CaF additives.
