摘要: Activated phosphoinositide 3-kinase has been suggested to be involved in cytoskeletal reorganization and mitogenesis. Lysophosphatidic acid found trigger several "classic" signal transduction pathways also accounts for the ability of serum stimulate focal adhesion stress fiber formation fibroblasts. We present evidence that or lysophosphatidic activates CHRF-288 cells (a leukemic cell line derived from megakaryoblasts), leading transient accumulation phosphatidylinositol(3,4,5)P3 increased phosphatidylinositol(3,4)P2, stimulates phospholipase C. Exposure CHRF promotes proliferation, whereas exposure does not. Wortmannin, a potent inhibitor 3-kinase, inhibits 3-phosphorylated proliferation without inhibiting propose activation is required full proliferative response exposed but, as gauged by our findings acid, not sufficient induce proliferation.
