摘要: BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: MCA aneurysms are common and often pose technical challenges to interventionalists. Intracranial stents widely used in treating wide-neck other locations. To evaluate the feasibility, effectiveness, safety of stent placement aneurysms, we performed this retrospective study. MATERIALS METHODS: Between October 2003 May 2009, 16 patients with were treated at our institution. We retrospectively collected analyzed data for these patients, including demographics, morphologic features treatment results, follow-up. RESULTS: Seventeen stents, 12 Neuroform, 4 LEO, 1 Enterprise, successfully deployed series. Of 13 stent-assisted embolization, complete occlusion was achieved 9 aneurysms; residual neck remained 1, aneurysm present 3. Contrast stasis sac observed 3 alone. Procedure-related complication occurred patient, leading no permanent effect. The mRS score discharge 0–2 14 3–6 2. angiographic follow-up results (mean, 5.6 months) showed that all stable or improved; there in-stent stenosis, recurrence, retreatment. clinical 20.1 demonstrated neurologic deterioration rebleeding. CONCLUSIONS: Our preliminary experience demonstrates selected is feasible. However, its efficacy should be further evaluated by larger case series more adequate
