摘要: Abstract This case study analyzes eight expert system applications that have successfully been in industrial use for a long time. We personally involved the development of these and are thus good position to analyze what is important successful application kind mistakes can be made. Since started 1986–1990 some them still we able observe has happened those during their lifetime. Our key observations related scope applications, trade-off between usability automation, role human experts systems, on technical solutions used, aspects operation similarities systems information systems. The findings expressed as 20 hypotheses support each discussed.
