摘要: The records of 187 patients with Crohn's disease who underwent resectional surgery were analyzed to evaluate the effect several clinical and histologic features on recurrence rate. Recurrence was defined as need for re-resection. data by life-table method. Age, sex, age at onset time resection, family history, presence granuloma, microscopic involvement line resection did not affect distribution duration symptoms before primary influence rate Patients predominantly large bowel (N=56) found have a higher re-resection (45 percent) when compared 32 percent in small (N=94) 35 both (N=37) (P=0.04). detailed review, an analysis literature, comparison our results are made.
