摘要: Poor performance has pervaded the last forty years of software development, evident across industry sectors, project size, budget, geographic location, system quality and functionality, exacerbated by increased criticality IT in organizational mission strategy. A significant body research investigated potential emerging development methodologies to address these shortcomings but effectiveness methods is largely supported anecdotal evidence. At same time, metrics measurement are known affect ISD existing literature on misaligned with practitioners’ needs, leading a lack clarity about practice. This paper presents an interdisciplinary review identify underlying reasons for this misalignment evaluate extent which can be used better understand impact performance.
