摘要: Poor performance has pervaded the last forty years of software development, evident across industry sectors, project size, budget, geographic location, system quality and functionality, exacerbated by increased criticality IT in organizational mission strategy. A significant body research investigated potential emerging development methodologies to address these shortcomings but effectiveness methods is largely supported anecdotal evidence.
