摘要: In this paper we discuss why and how measures related to human aspects should be incorporated into software development processes. This perspective is based on the vast evidence that are source of majority problems associated with projects. Having said that, do not blame humans involved in processes; rather, suggest human-related might one means by which processes can supported.
