摘要: A culture medium for human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSC) includes a cell basal medium; leucocyte/platelet coat lysate; insulin; sodium selenite; ethanolamine; and basic fibroblast growth factor. This is effective growing hMSC lines, including those which do not grow in normally used this type of cell.
