摘要: UNLABELLED Recent reports have shown poor survival of some leads currently in use. Long-term analysis 2,444 (1,059 atrial and 1,385 ventricular) implanted this institution since January 1980, having at least 1 month follow-up was performed. The 123 different models compared with the average all corresponding chamber. Failure defined as inactivation lead (electrical abandonment, explant, or cap) due to insulator and/or conductor fracture. RESULTS mean 33 +/- 32 months. cumulative for consistent performance atrium.
