摘要: Bio-sensing technologies with a wider range of spectrum observe the signal sensor biomarkers, for example, DNA, proteins, antibodies, through conformational changes obtained directly or indirectly. Papain widely used proteolytic enzyme mostly breaking down amino acids. Here, in this paper, we have observed pH-dependent papain using SU-8 nanocantilevers as sensing platform. The structure were confirmed CD spectroscopy.Bio-sensing spectroscopy.
