摘要: Calls have been made to characterize and theorize performance management information systems (PMIS). In this study, we propose the PMIS artefact with an approach that returns user perspective forefront. The of sixteen SMEs are characterized from their users' in terms specific attributes as dedicated managing performance. variety contexts configurations these is particular interest while looking for principles underlie empirical manifestations. Results provide a conceptual framework characterization, design evaluation artefacts.
