摘要: The effects of thrombin stimulation on megakaryocyto poiesis and pulmonary-platelet interactions were investigated before after administra­ tion the compound to 15 mongrel dogs. Each dog served as its own control. Thrombin was given encourage traffic megakaryocyte s into lung study thrombin-stimulated in bone marrow. Our results showed that increased numbers marrow cells general megakaryocytes (MK) particular. In addition, maturation cycle accelerated number MK migrating central venous circulation nearly doubled. Most circulating M K ultimately became sequestered pulmonary capillaries, where platelets shed arterial circulation.
