摘要: The effect of Cu addition on the liquid phase separation and macrosegregation Fe0·42Sn0·58 immiscible alloy was investigated based thermal analysis, microstructural observations, thermodynamic dynamic calculations. By increasing content, a structure with drastically diminished or even free realised. It revealed that alloying has reduced Gibbs energy mixing temperature dependent coefficient interfacial tension liquids, thus depressing not only frequency collision coagulation minor globules but also separation. As viable convenient means, shows promise in obtaining homogeneous materials.
