摘要: SUMMARY Fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) is a chronic pain condition characterized by widespread and tenderness1,2. The etiology pathophysiology of fibromyalgia are unknown there no effective treatments. Here we show that sensory hypersensitivity in FMS caused autoantibodies act sensitizing nociceptive neurons. Administration IgG from patients increased mouse sensitivities to stimulation with mechanical pressure cold. In contrast, transfer depleted samples or healthy control subjects had effect on sensitivity. Sensory nerve fibres ex vivo skin-nerve preparations mice treated were hypersensitive stimulation. Immunohistochemical analysis revealed specifically labeled satellite glial cells myelinated fibre tracts, as well small number macrophages endothelial dorsal root ganglia but not skin, muscle, spinal cord brain. Our results demonstrate sensitize peripheral afferents neurons suggest therapies reduce patient titres may be treatments pain.
