摘要: In recent years, there is a noticeable increase of cashless transactions due to the development financial technology. As result being expansion fintech products such as e-wallet, consumers are shifting from cash-based cashless. Young adult in 21st century regarded tech-savvy they were born era smartphone This study aims examine influencing factors for Malaysian young adults use e-wallet payment method by applying extended technology acceptance model (TAM). Total 330 data collected users area Klang Valley Malaysia and analyzed deploying partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). By two-step approach instance, measurement indicator loadings, convergent validity, reliability and path analysis findings this reveal that perceived usefulness, ease privacy security have positive significant relationship with behavioral intention e-wallet. helps service providers digital marketplace further better understanding usefulness using transaction purposes.
