摘要: Abstract Surfactant coated FePt nanoparticles were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The FTIR spectra indicate that there is a conversion of the alkyl chain surfactant from oleyl form ( cis -9-octadecenyl) to elaidyl trans during synthesis nanoparticles. This revealed by presence several vibrational absorption bands in region olefinic C H stretching modes. appearance due Fe spectrum platinum does not reveal concentration influences intensity high these modes with indicates acts as catalyst for and may lead dehydrogentation chains.
