摘要: Abstract This paper argues that change is needed in the agenda for policy research on conjunction of problems linking energy, environment and development. It begins by laying out a conceptual base terms general propositions about objectives development ways which such can be undertaken. then describes some gaps field to date goes suggest five directions future — energy options delivery systems; use global environment; political economy energy/environment/ development; biomass as source supply; urban transportation an end-use. Examples are presented illustrate each suggested research.
