摘要: Maintenance of offshore wind turbines is a complex and costly undertaking which acts as barrier to the development this source energy. Factors such size turbines, farms, their distance from coast meteorological conditions make it difficult for stakeholders select optimal maintenance strategy. With objective reducing costs duration operations important that new techniques are investigated. In paper we propose hybrid model based on multi-agent systems; allows modelling systems with dynamic interactions between multiple parts. A multi-criteria decision algorithm has been developed allow analysis selection different strategies. cost includes action cost, energy loss installation monitoring system presented. For purposes research have simulator using NetLogo software provided experimental results. The results show employing proposed strategy could increase farm productivity reduce cost.
