摘要: Novel ZnO tetrapod-shaped nanostructures with pearl-necklace-shaped arms were successfully synthesized using mixture of Zn, ZnO, and carbon powder as source. The definite supersaturation ratio provided by was considered the crucial factor determining formation this kind structure, a negative feedback growth model combined octahedral nucleation mechanism proposed. Two other comparative experiments also conducted to study behavior reagent species under different ratios. Our beneficial experimental exploration in controlled through modulating source, these obtained novel expected have potential application functional blocks nanodevices. Furthermore, photoluminescence indicated that physical properties strongly dependent on crystal structure.
