摘要: The spinal dysraphism state includes all lesions which are the consequence of incomplete formation midline structures dorsum. It is therefore related to forms spina bifida (spina aperta or cystica) as well occult dysraphism. basic differences both malformations result from nature their origin, Spina cystica an intrinsic failure development cord tissues. with added destructive processes utero and cellular dysplasia. together brain anomalies. By contrast, in ooculta there may be some dysplasia on but none other processes. Chiari malformation very unusual occulta. term occulta means toac covered by skin, no cutaneous abnormalities. Occult genenlly synonymous. We prefer common pathological finding a tethered even such dermal sinus neurenteric cysts (typically considered dysraphic lesions) not generally associated tethering cord.
