摘要: Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare benign tumor, arising in the pelvis usually presenting clinically as perineal soft tissue mass displacing normal pelvic structures. The tumor characterized by its locally aggressive nature and tendency to recur after surgical resection. Although descriptions of this have recently appeared pathology literature, date, radiological appearance has not been well documented. CT scan following case report demonstrates extent location displace, rather than invade adjacent These findings are consistent with pathological characteristics angiomyxoma, therefore, can assist preoperative diagnosis.
