摘要: The fractal dimension (FD) is a powerful index for measuring the space-filling properties of irregular and objects. In order to evaluate diagnostic potential above mentioned parameter in veterinary comparative oncology, FD inner surface neoplastic mammary ducts was measured, by image analysis, tissue sections from series spontaneous fibroadenomas (FA)(n=10) carcinomas (CA)(n=10) both dog cat. examined FA, value ranged 1.08 1.12 (mean group = 1.09±0.01); CA, observed values were 1.18 1.25 1.21±0.02). mean two groups tumours differed significantly at p<0.01.
