摘要: The methylation of DNA is an epigenetic modification that involved in the control gene expression mammalian cells. enzymatic machinery composed three catalytically active methyltransferases (Dnmts): Dnmt1, Dnmt3a, and Dnmt3b. Dnmt1 most abundant Dnmt; it targeted to replication foci has a 10–40 fold preference for hemimethylated substrates. It seems be main enzyme responsible copying pattern after each round replication. Dnmts are overexpressed tumorigenic cells few types human tumors. Increased levels messenger RNA (mRNA) known dependent on cell proliferation seem regulated by posttranscriptional mechanism such as differential mRNA stability normal somatic In development hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs), average Dnmt3a significantly higher noncancerous liver tissues showing chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis much HCCs than histologically tissues.
