摘要: Bi1−xBaxFeO3(x = 0, 0.2) compounds were synthesized by conventional solid-state reaction method. Structural, morphological, magnetic and ferroelectric properties of the products investigated systematically employing X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscope, vibrating sample magnetometer as well electrical evaluation techniques, respectively. The XRD results demonstrated distorted rhombohedral BiFeO3 crystal structure with space group R3c. However, 20wt% Ba doped underwent a structural phase transition from to pseudo-cubic structure. FESEM images calcined at 850 °C showed agglomerated nano-particles mean particle size 60 nm, while Bi0.8Ba0.2FeO3 uniform cubic particles 220 nm. For °C, an anomaly in permittivity was observed vicinity 370 which is around Neel temperature bismuth ferrite agreement recent reports.
