摘要: Abstract The effects of temperature and salinity on plasma IGF-I levels its interrelationship with growth, daily feed intake conversion juvenile turbot (initial mean weight 14 g) were investigated by rearing fish at 10, 14, 18 22 °C 15, 25 33.5‰ for 3 months. increased increasing temperatures reaching a plateau around 18 °C. Further, both had significant effect efficiency in turbot. Growth, food consumption, highest 18 °C 15‰, lowest 10 °C 33.5‰. Although there was high variation between values within all groups positive relationship specific growth rates intake. almost three times higher than those lower growth. In addition, the results show evidence an appetite levels. Interestingly, no correlation environmental levels, although decreased improves efficiency.
