摘要: Abstract Objective. The aim of this study was to compare several values for consistency obtained by charged-coupled-device-based direct digital intraoral radiography with those conventional film-based evaluate observer agreement in determining the depth proximal caries. Study design. A total 93 surfaces on radiologic images that were both bitewing technique and evaluated six observers. One these observers also same months after initial evaluation. kappa value, ratio, Kendall's correlation coefficient calculated interobserver intraobserver agreement. Results. overall 0.439 0.424 system radiography, respectively. depth-related change showed similar patterns two modalities Conclusion. resulted no deterioration agreement, it presents problems clinical use respect reliability diagnosis.
