摘要: The morphology of pancreatic endocrine tumors (PETs) is similar to that elsewhere in the body. PETs are usually encountered adults. They may be clinically functional and associated with various syndromes related hormone excess. However, it must remembered absence obvious clinical symptoms not necessarily reflect true lack function, subtle manifestations missed. Current thinking indicates arise from totipotential stem cells as well preexisting cells. hereditary or sporadic. forms multiple neoplasia type 1 (MEN-1), von Hippel-Lindau syndrome, neurofibromatosis, tuberous sclerosis. In sporadic PETs, most consistent recurring chromosomal abnormality allelic loss chromosome 11q, which includes MEN-1 locus. Loss a sex has been shown metastasis, local invasion, poor survival.
