摘要: The Er mutation causes a pattern of repeated loss and regrowth hair in heterozygous animals that otherwise display normal gross morphology (Hunsicker 1960). Animals homozygous for the gene show many abnormalities appear to be less severe manifestation displayed by pf (Figs.268 269; see also p.198). Limbs snout are stunted, tail is shortened, nares oral, anal, urogenital orifices closed due epithelial fusion (Guenet et al. 1979; Tassin 1983). forelimbs fused flank epidermis hindlimbs with (Fig. 269). digits all limbs never separate although their bony elements present, mutant radiate. Claws rarely found Er/Er mice (Salzgeber Guenet 1984).
