摘要: The porcine enteroviruses (PEVs) belong to the family Picornaviridae. We report a complete genome sequence of novel PEV strain that is widely prevalent in pigs at least central and eastern China. consists 7,390 nucleotides, excluding 3' poly(A) tail, has an open reading frame maps between nucleotide positions 812 7318 encodes 2,168-amino-acid polyprotein. Phylogenetic analysis based on 3CD VP1 regions reveals this belongs species PEV9 but may represent sero-/genotype CPE group III. also major findings from bootscan whole genomes PEVs present study those available GenBank.
