摘要: Conidia of Aspergillus niger TMB 2022 were immobilized in calcium alginate for the production citric acid. A 1-ml condidia suspension containing ca. 2.32 x 10/sup 8/ conidia entrapped into sodium solution order to prepare 3% Ca-alginate (w/v) gel bead. Immobilized inoculated productive medium 14% sucrose, 0.25% (NH/sub 4/)/sub 2/CO/sub 3/, KH/sub 2/PO/sub 4/, and 0.025% MgSO/sub 4/.7H/sub 2/O with addition 0.06 mg/l CuSO/sub 4/.5H/sub 2/O, 0.25 ZnCl/sub 2/, 1.3 FeCl/sub 3/.6H/sub pH 3.8, incubated at 35 degrees C 13 days by surface culture produce 61.53 g/l anhydrous Under same conditions a batchwise culture, it was found that could maintain longer period acid (31 days): over 70 from runs No. 2-4, maximum yield reaching 77.02 run 2. In contrast, free maintained shorter acid-producing phase, circa 17 days; 71.07 2 but dropped quickly as number increased. 14 references.
