摘要: Size homoplasy was analyzed at microsatellite loci by sequencing electromorphs, that is, variants of the same size (base pairs). This study conducted using five interrupted and/or compound in three invertebrate species, honey bee Apis mellifera, bumble Bombus terrestris, and freshwater snail Bulinus truncatus. The 15 electromorphs sequenced turned out to hide 31 alleles (i.e., identical sequence). Variation amount detected among loci. From one seven were per electromorph, locus did not show any both species. related effort, since number correlated with copies sequenced, but also molecular structure core sequence each locus. within populations only times, meaning mostly populations. We population structure, estimating Fst a genetic distance, based on either or alleles. Whereas little difference found A. uncovering led more marked B. terrestris showed mellifera detection may alter phylogenetic reconstructions.
