摘要: Microsatellite length variation was investigated at a highly variable microsatellite locus in four species of Apodemus. Information obtained from allele sequences contrasted with sizes, which included 18 electromorphs. Additional analysis 400-bp unique sequence the flanking region identified 26 different haplotype or ``true'' alleles sample. Three molecular mechanisms, namely, (1) addition/deletion repeats, (2) substitutions and indels region, (3) mutations interrupting repeat, contributed to generation allelic variation. Size homoplasy can be inferred for within populations, populations same species, species. We propose that may informative markers investigating mutation processes repeats as well phylogenetic relationships among alleles,
