摘要: In this study, a method for the estimation of plant-unavailable I concentrations in soils was developed. Concentrations total and potentially plant-available (i.e., water-soluble organically bound I) were measured 141 agricultural soil samples. For measurements, pressed powder pellets prepared from samples, by energy dispersive x-ray fluorescence. Potentially contents inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry after samples had been extracted with tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide their soluble (TMAH-extractable I).
