摘要: The dependence of the absolute quantum yield for intrinsic photocarrier production in PDA-TS single crystals on temperature, electric field applied parallel and perpendicular to polymer chain axis, nad photon energy is measured between 1.6 3.0 eV with polarized light. Below 190 K absorption leads formation a thermalized pair charge carriers at mutual distance α = (116 ± 5) A primary 0.2 eV. Above K, a(T) decreases due te temperature-activted scattering. Dissociation carrier occurs only along can be described by Onsager's theory formulated one dimension. spectral response indicates that dominant 2 transition excitonic origin nd it must superimposed second strongly ionizing trasition. Es wird die Abhangigkeit der absoluten Quantenausbeute fur intrinsische photoelektrische Ladungstragererzeugung PDA-TS-Einkristallen von Temperatur, elektrischem Feld und senkrecht zur Polymerkettenrichtung Photonenenergie zwischen 1,6 3,0 mit polarisiertem Licht gemessen. Unterhalb fuhrt Absorption eines Photons Bildung themalisieten Ladungstragerpaares vom Abstand eine primaren 0,2 bei Oberhald nimmt auf Grund temperaturaktivierten Streuprozesses ab. Die Dissoziation des erfolgt nur entlang Polymerkette kann Hilfe eindimensionalen Onsager-Theori beschrieben werden. Aus dem Aktionspektrum folgt, das dominierende optische eV-Ubergang uberlagert sein mus
