摘要: PURPOSE: To present a decision model that describes the clinical and economic outcomes of node-positive breast cancer with without postmastectomy radiation therapy (PMRT). METHODS: A Markov process was constructed to project natural history following mastectomy in premenopausal women. Biannual hazards local distant recurrence PMRT were derived from large meta-analysis adjuvant systemic trials for cancer. The addition reduced risk disease relapse by an odds ratio 0.69.
