摘要: A graphene layer was synthesized using chemical vapor deposition methods and a polystyrene solution spin-cast onto the film. The graphene-polystyrene bilayer membrane attached between two tines of microfabricated quartz tuning fork (QTF). modulus measured to be twice that pristine membrane. Exposure membrane-coated QTF ethanol decreased resonance frequency microresonator. produced change three times obtained QTF, with lower degree degradation in Q factor. limit detection determined 20 ppm.
