摘要: Steady state glucose turnover was measured in 53 conscious, unrestrained neonatal piglets by two different methods using 3H-labelled as the tracer. In first, model-dependent method, plasma tracer concentrations following a spike injection of were fitted various ways and calculated from area under curve extrapolated to infinity.
