摘要: It now appears that the bulk of methodological, analytical and interpretative problems associated with use isotope turnover techniques for study carbohydrate metabolism in man are resolved. As illustrated by a number examples these assessment they seem, to author, have been more critically useful resolution questions (a) mechanism hormone drug action (b) interactions between metabolites, than defining pathological states, although volume information is being accumulated sure prove future research. Although it this author's opinion employment radioactive isotopes at low levels allowed todays technology does not impose an unreasonable risk research subject, promise increased sensitivity detection stable their availability wide variety compounds factors provide impetus wider most valuable medical
