摘要: Abstract The alterations of the passive electrical parameters (the permittivity e and conductivity σ ) human erythrocyte cell membrane induced by presence glucose in extracellular medium have been investigated means dielectric spectroscopy measurements. s p cytosol evaluated on basis a recent analytical model proposed Prodan et al., 1983 [16], that takes into account whole spectrum suspension, consisting both low-frequency α -dispersion high-frequency β -dispersion. Our results show marked increase close to concentration 20 mM. On contrary, properties do not change appreciably. This finding strengthens hypothesis interactions involve primarily mechanism transport is briefly discussed.
