摘要: Since 1972, 64 infants suffering from extrahepatic bile duct atresia have been examined in our Department. Between 1975 and 1984 conventional or extended hepatic-portoenterostomy was performed on 41 patients. These were classified into two groups the basis of age at time surgery relation to duration cholestasis. Of 12 patients operated upon 5 more years ago, 8 (66%) are still alive with favorable flow 4 (34%) died hepatic failure caused by biliary cirrhosis. 22 above weeks who treated so far, 7 (31%) good 15 (69%) within past 3 years. In contrast, (63%) 19 before healthy only (37%) The course disease analyzed regard following findings: (1) respect cholestasis; (2) extent liver fibrosis surgery; (3) cross-section ductular structures porta hepatis; (4) numerical morphological changes interlobular ducts; (5) dissection (6) postoperative hepatoportitis. Principles determining long-term follow-up this dynamic obliterative process can be deduced these investigations. Accordingly, a prognosis expected if conditions fulfilled: no cholestasis for than 6 weeks; low-grade surgery, mean diameter hepatis 450 μm; alterations “hepatoportitis”.
