摘要: Anastomotic revision/resection procedures were carried out in five patients whom refractory cholangitis jeopardized an apparently favorable surgical outcome after portoenterostomy for biliary atresia. Mobilization and displacement of the liver improves exposure porta hepatis. All remain jaundice-free seven months to 4 yr reoperation.
