摘要: The thermal contact conductance (TCC) is one of the principal parameter in heat transfer mechanism tube—fin exchangers. Because difficulties experimental measurements, TCC has not been focused deeply. This article presents a novel method evaluating heatexchanger. First, status investigated with finite-element model tube expansion process. Distribution pressure along interface obtained from simulation results. Then, experiments are carried out for relationship between and TCC. Combining experiment result distribution, can be evaluated. Based on method, effect processing factors forming process, such as expanding ratio die geometry, examined.
