摘要: A hard coating includes two first crystalline phases, and a second phase disposed between the phases. The phases each include, independently, laminate structure having Ti 1-x1 Al x1 N sodium chloride-type crystal structure, an x2 1-x2 that are alternately stacked. An composition ratio of satisfies relationship 0.5 ≤ 0.75, 0.75 < 0.95. region in which concentration periodically changes along stacking direction phase. In this region, difference maximum value minimum is greater than 0.25. contains AlN wurtzite-type structure.
