摘要: Bacterial spores can be rapidly and sensitively detected quantified based upon molecular recognition of unique chemicals in the spore coat. Spores assayed calcium concentration bacterial coats using which is to spores. Since contain a high relative other biological materials, fluorescent calcium-sensitive indicators are used detect Ca +2 displaced from case or free solution aerosol phase. Visibly excitable dyes provide sensitive selective means monitor changes avoid difficulties associated with laser UV-excitation.
