摘要: High-dose aprotinin for reduction of intra- and postoperative blood loss was associated with profound hypotension flushing in a 3.5-year-old child who underwent cardiac surgery. Treatment noradrenaline intravenous fluid required. Cardiovascular stability restored after 10 minutes.
