摘要: Streptococcus bovis possesses two sugar phosphate phosphatases (Pases). Pase I is a soluble enzyme that inhibited by the membrane fractions from lactose-grown cells and insensitive to activation S46D HPr, an analog of HPr(ser-P) phosphotransferase system. II membrane-associated can be activated 10-fold it appears play role in inducer expulsion.
