摘要: The management of breakthrough pain in cancer patients is always a challenge for medical professions. Occurring 80% with advanced disease, significantly decreases both patient’s and caregiver’s quality life. aim this study to assess the analgesic efficacy fixed inhaled nitrous oxide/oxygen mixture adult pain. This randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study; it will be conducted General Hospital Ningxia Medical University. target subjects are at least 18 years old, hospitalized who receiving routine opioids control cancer-related but still experience A total 240 recruited randomly allocated between three treatment groups (A, B, C) group (group D) ratio 3:1. All receive standard (oral immediate-release morphine) plus pre-prepared mixture, (D) oxygen. Patients, doctors, nurses, data collectors all blind experiment. Assessments taken before (T0), 5 min (T1) 15 (T2) during treatment, after (T3). primary endpoint measures percentage whose relieved T1, T2, T3. Secondary outcome include safety adverse events, satisfaction from health professionals patients. aims provide an effective practical intervention fast relief improve patients’ life significantly. Evidence-Based Medicine Working Group claim that double-blind, placebo-controlled experimental most appropriate design demonstrate its efficacy, so could give new approach controlling episodes.
