摘要: In a placebo controlled, partially double-blinded, clinical trial, combination of evening primrose oil and fish was compared to Magnesium Oxide, Placebo in preventing Pre-Eclampsia Pregnancy. All were given as nutritional supplements for six months group primiparous multiparous pregnant women. Some these women had personal or family histories hypertension (21%). Only those patients who received prenatal care at the Central Maternity Hospital Luanda included study. Compared (29%), receiving mixture containing Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), Eicosapentaenoic (EPA), Docosahexaenoic (DHA) significantly lower incidence edema (13%, p = 0.004). The Oxide statistically significant fewer subjects developed pregnancy. There 3 cases eclampsia, all group.
