摘要: Thioredoxin (TRX) is a ubiquitous redox protein that involved in numerous biological functions, including the first unique step DNA synthesis. TRX provides control over number of transcription factors affecting cell proliferation and death through mechanism referred to as regulation. In mammals, there are at least 3 members family: TRX1, TRX2, sperm TRX. To investigate role TRX1 TRX2 human adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hADSC), we modulated expressions hADSC using lentiviral gene transfer system small interfering RNA technique.
