摘要: Background: Influenza A H1N1 has contributed to significant morbidity and mortality, yet very few studies on changes in hematologic biochemical markers have been reported. Methods: The variable characteristics of several laboratory indices were statistically analyzed during the disease course. Results: In incipient stage, RBC platelet counts most patients normal, while total WBC, neutrophils, lymphocytes decreased some cases. hepatic renal function indicators mostly within normal limits, electrolyte imbalance occurred T subgroups significantly acute stage became extremely low a days later, then recovered limits convalescent stage. Conclusions: could be considered as progressive H1N1, which great clinical significance early diagnosis, progression, prognosis evaluation H1N1. This work provided convenient diagnostic criteria for reference. * CDC : Centers Disease Control TB bilirubin TP protein A albumin ALT alanine aminotransferase AST aspartate LD lactate dehydrogenase UN urea CR creatinine RT-PCR reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction PCR SARS severe respiratory syndrome RSV syncytial virus
